Cabernet Sauvignon

Rian translates to 'seasonal creek' in Dino's Genovese dialect. Grapes are sourced from two vineyard blocks split by a creek lined with olive trees. The vines are planted in a porous volcanic base with thin top soil, providing excellent drainage and therefore, very small, intense berries.

This is a wine of depth. Perfumes of violet and lavender create a wonderful aromatic profile in this wine. Boysenberry fruit and powerful earth notes are rich and full in the mouth with smoky nuances of dark berry fruit. This wine is extremely integrated, rich and svelte with wonderful long term potential.
