Cabernet Sauvignon

Rian translates to 'seasonal creek' in Dino's Genovese dialect. Grapes are sourced from two vineyard blocks split by a creek lined with olive trees. The vines are planted in a porous volcanic base with thin top soil, providing excellent drainage and therefore, very small, intense berries.

A wine of depth with aromas of dark coffee beans and sweet blueberry pie with a hint of fresh laurel. An extremely integrated wine that envelops with weight from beginning to end. Velvety mouth feel with flavors lingering. Rich and svelte with excellent long term potential.
